Ingredients

skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin: 8

Butter: 1/2 cup

shredded cheddar cheese: 1 1/2 cups

freshly grated parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup

cloves garlic, minced: 4

dried parsley: 1/4 tsp

dry bread crumbs: 3/4 cups

salt: 1/2 tsp

ground black pepper: 1/4 tsp

Dried oregano: 1/4 tsp

How To Make Garlic Cheddar Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium sized saucepan over low heat.
  3. Cook the minced garlic until it is tender and aromatic. This should take no more than 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine bread crumbs with cheddar cheese, parmesan, oregano, parsley, salt and pepper together. Mix all the ingredients well.
  5. Dip every chicken breast in the garlic butter sauce and then press on the breadcrumb and cheese mixture. Make sure that the chicken is covered on both sides properly.
  6. Arrange all the chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Drizzle the remaining garlic butter sauce on top of the chicken.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
