Ingredients

cups dried figs (soak overnight): 2

cups sliced bananas: 2

cups milk (low fat): 4

vanilla essence: 1 tsp

Honey: 1 tbsp

cups crushed ice: 3

How To Make Fig Banana Milkshake

  1. Remove stems from the soaked dried figs and chop into small pieces.
  2. Add figs, bananas, yogurt, vanilla essence, honey and ice.
  3. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Strain the milkshake through a cheese cloth to remove fig seeds.
  5. Pour in tall glasses, garnish with chopped almonds (optional) and serve chilled.
