Ingredients

boiled eggs: 2

Onion: 1

tomato: 1

green chilis--slit: 1

tsp cumin: 1/2

Oil as desired

large garlic clove – minced: 1

tsp ginger garlic paste: 1

tsp red chili powder: 1/4

salt to taste

tsp garam masala or coriander powder: 1/2- 1

A few pinches of pepper powder

pinch turmeric: 1

thinly sliced capsicum: 1/2

sprig curry leaves: 1

A few curry leaves

How To Make Egg Onion Fry

  1. Add oil to a pan and heat it.
    1. Add cumin, ginger and garlic.
      1. Let sizzle.
    2. Add onions.
      1. Fry until they turn golden.
    3. Add eggs, tomatoes, turmeric,salt,and chilli.
  2. Cook everything together till the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
  3. Add garam masala, chili powder, and pepper.
  4. Cook everything together until the mixture is nicely roasted.

Note: Should last about 2 to 3 minutes.

Trivia

You can determine if an egg is raw or hard-cooked by spinning it. If the egg spins easily, it is hard-cooked but if it wobbles, it is raw.
