Ingredients

tbsp oil: 2

cup bhindi: 1

chopped onion: 1

salt: 1 tsp

tsp turmeric powder: 1

tsp red chilli powder: 1

tsp coriander powder: 1

tsp cumin powder: 1

cup curd: 1

tbsp ghee: 2

tsp mustard seeds: 1

tsp urad dal: 1

curry leaves: 10-12

green chilies: 2

How To Make Dahi Bhindi

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high flame and sauté onion until lightly browned, followed by bhindi. Stir for a few seconds and turn the heat to medium.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder.
  3. Mix all the ingredients well then stir in curd. Let simmer for a minute before turning off the flame.
  4. To prepare the tempering, heat some some ghee in a smaller pan, splutter mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, and green chilies. Stir to fry thoroughly and pour over prepared dahi bhindi.
  5. Stir to combine and enjoy!
