Ingredients

cups butter: 2

tbsp cream: 5

cup flour- plain: 1

cup softened butter: 1/5

gm caster sugar: 100

eggyolk: 1

tsp vanilla essence: 1

How To Make Cream Sandwich Biscuits

  1. Preheat an oven to 190 °C.
  2. Mix together flour, cream, and butter and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into a desired shape using a cookie cutter.
  4. To make the filling, whisk together butter, icing sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla. Spoon out filling and place on half of prepared cookies and close with the remaining. Freeze for another 30 minutes and Enjoy!
