Butter: 6 tbsp

celery--chopped: ½ tsp

big onion: 1

garlic—minced: 1 tsp

flour: 1 cup

milk: 1 cup

chicken broth: 3 cups

cooked chicken: 1 cup

white pepper: 1 tsp

black pepper: 1 tsp

salt to taste

How To Make Cream Chicken

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan. 
  1. Add in celery, onion, and garlic and cook until the onion is soft. 
  1. Add flour, white pepper, black pepper, and salt to taste. 
  1. Allow it to cook a little and mix thoroughly. 
  1. Add the chicken and chicken broth then stir it again. 
  1. Let cook for about 3 minutes. 
  1. Serve at once.
