Ingredients

water: 6

penne pasta: 1

salt to taste

olive oil: 1 tbsp

chopped garlic cloves: 2

olive oil: 2 tbsp

chopped onion: 2

salt to taste

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

minced Beef: 200 gm

Italian seasoning: 2 tbsp

crushed tomatoes: 2 cans

grated parmesan cheese: 2 cup

grated cougar gold cheese: 2 cup

Butter: 3 slab

cup of flour: 1

salt to taste

Freshly ground black pepper to taste

cup of milk: 1

How To Make Cougar Gold Cheese

For Boiling Pasta

  1. Put a deep pot on the stove on low flame.
  2. Add water and bring it boil.
  3. Add penne pasta, salt and olive oil into the boiling water.
  4. Bring the pasta to boil until it becomes tender but you can still feel its bite.
  5. Once, the pasta is cooked, drain the hot water from the pot and run it through cold water.
  6. Set it aside until it is needed for assembling.

For the Beef

  1. Take a non-stick frying pan.
  2. Put it on the stove on low heat.
  3. Add olive oil into the pan.
  4. Add chopped garlic, onion, salt, freshly ground black pepper, minced beef and Italian seasoning into the pan.
  5. Stir-fry the beef until it is completely tender. This may take a few minutes.
  6. Once, you are sure of the tenderness of the beef, add canned tomatoes into the pan.
  7. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
  8. After 20 minutes, add grated parmesan cheese into the pan.
  9. Mix it well with the rest of the ingredients.
  10. Then take it off the heat until it is needed for assembling.

For the Sauce

  1. Heat up a sauce pan on the stove on low flame.
  2. Add butter into it and let it melt completely.
  3. Add flour into the pan and mix it up into a paste in the butter.
  4. Add salt and freshly ground black pepper into the mixture.
  5. Add a cup of milk into it and mix it well.
  6. Add Cougar gold cheese into the sauce and mix until it completely melts.
  7. Let it simmer for at least 5 minutes until it is thick enough to coat the back of your spoon.
  8. Take the sauce off the heat until it is needed for assembling.

For Assembling

  1. Take the pan with the prepared beef.
  2. Add boiled pasta into it and drizzle the sauce right on top of it.
  3. Mix everything well and serve hot!
