Coleslaw

Coleslaw

One of the most common foods to have as the side to your main dish, especially when you are enjoying barbecue foods, coleslaw is everyone’s favorite. Filled with vegetables, such as cabbage and carrot, mayonnaise and vinegar, it can be an awesome addition to sandwiches, burgers, and hot dogs.

Health benefits

Since coleslaw is a vegetable-based dish, its nutritional value is obvious. It contains rich amounts of sodium and potassium. Due to fewer amounts of fat and protein, people who are on a diet may consume it as a main dish.
