Chicken Veronique

This dish is easy to prepare, light and extremely refreshing. It doesn’t take very long to prepare this dish in the pantry, so your family and friends won’t have to wait long. There are several Veronique recipes available, and the original has been lost in time, so we cannot attribute it to its inventor. You can use boneless chicken breast instead of cutlets and substitute margarine for butter if you feel so inclined.

Health benefits
