cardamoms: 8

coriander powder: 1 tbsp

Garam masala: 1 tsp

How To Make Chicken Korma
- In a pan over medium heat, combine oil and ghee and fry cardamom, cloves, and garlic and onion until translucent.
- Add the chicken and cook for a few minutes or until brown.
- Add coriander, chili powder, salt, ginger, yogurt and simmer for few minutes.
- Add garam masala and saffron and a little water to get the consistency of a gravy.
