1 large egg

1 tsp milk

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

1 tbsp cheese

1 tsp butter or oil

How To Make Cheese Omelet Recipe

  • Whisk the egg and milk into a bowl.
  • Add salt and pepper, and mix it thoroughly.
  • Melt butter in an omelet pan over medium heat.
  • Pour egg mixture and twirl so that it is evenly spread on the pan and let it cook for 2mins.
  • Lift the edges with a spatula flip the omelet and again let it cook for another 2mins.
  • Sprinkle butter on it.
  • Fold the omelet in half and slide on to a plate.
