2 green chilis finely chopped

How To Make Cheese Egg Roll Recipe

  • In a bowl, break the eggs and whisk
  • Add green chili, pepper powder, salt water and whisk well.
  • In a skillet spread ½ tsp of oil and put it on a low medium flame.
  • Pour egg mixture and spread a thin layer across the skillet so it will be easy to roll.
  • When it is cooked, gently roll from one side of the skillet.
  • Then again pour egg mixture and spread it by twirling, now add grated cheese on it and start rolling from the other end.
  • Repeat the process.
  • Delicious cheese egg rolls are ready to serve.
