Ingredients

tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil: 1

pound of ground sirloin: 1

Salt and pepper to taste

teaspoon of worcestershire sauce, eyeball it: 2

small onion - chopped: 1

cloves of garlic--chopped: 2

tablespoon of chili powder: 1

can of tomato sauce: 1

fat or foot long beef franks: 8

tablespoon of butter: 1

tablespoon of hot sauce: 1

hot dog buns, toasted: 8

shredded cheddar or any cheese of your choice: 2 cup

How To Make Cheese Dog

  1. On medium high heat, place a large skittle, add the oil, meat, and season it with salt and pepper. Start crumbling and browning the beef.
  2. Now, add the Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, chili powder, and cook it for 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add the tomato sauce.
  4. In the mean time, in a shallow pan, boil franks until they have warmed through, this takes 5 minutes. Drain the water and place the pan back on medium heat.
  5. Cut the hot dogs.
  6. In a skittle, melt the butter and hot sauce. Add dogs to the pan so they start crisping and browning.
  7. Now heat the broiler, and place the devilish dogs in the buns, top it with chili, and loads of cheese. If you want to add any toppings, now is the time. Place them under the broiler so the cheese melts and serve immediately.
