Ingredients

tablespoons of fresh chamomile flowers: 2

cups of boiling water: 2

slices of apples (very finely sliced): 2

Honey to taste

How To Make Chamomile Tea

  1. Wash the flowers with cold water.
  2. Boil water in a pan.
  3. In another pan, add thin apple slices.
  4. Mash them with a wooden spoon.
  5. Add the chamomile flowers to the mashed apples.
  6. Add 2 cups of boiling water and cover the pan immediately.
  7. Tip: If you prefer your tea sweeter, you can stir in a spoon of honey.

  8. Stir, strain and pour into an insulated tumbler.
  9. Sip and enjoy!

Trivia

Chamomile is medicinal and is a main ingredient in sleep remedy treatments. But because the plant belongs to the daisy family, it can also be allergic to a few people!
