mayonnaise: 250 ml

lemon – zest and juice: 1

cider vinegar: 2 tbsp

wholegrain mustard: 2 tbsp

celery salt: 1 tsp

head white cabbage – thinly sliced: ¼

head red cabbage – thinly sliced: ¼

carrots – julienned: 2

large red onion – diced: 1

sticks celery –sliced: 2

How To Make Cabbage Coleslaw

  1. Whisk together lemon, vinegar, mustard,mayonnaise, and celery salt in a small bowl.
    1. Season generously.
  2. Add cabbage, carrots, onion, and celery.
    1. Mix well and refrigerate.

Note: Can be made up to 1 day in advance of serving.
