Ingredients

lobster tails (whole): 2

cup melted butter: 1/2

tsp paprika: 1/2

pinch Salt: 1

pinch of ground white pepper: 1

lemon for garnish (optional): 1

How To Make Broiled Lobster Tails

  • Preheat the broiler.
  • Butterfly the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise with a pair of scissors/shears or even a sharp knife.
  • Pull the shells apart slightly to give enough space to season the meat. Lather the meat with melted butter, paprika, salt, and white pepper. Make sure that the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the lobster flesh.
  • Broil the lobster tails for 5-10 minutes. The meat inside has to turn opaque and the shell a light brownish tinge. Transfer to a serving plate.
