Ingredients

lb peas- fresh black-eyed: 2

cups water: 2

beef bouillon- large cubes: 2

onion- chopped: 1

tsp pepper : 1/2

salt to taste

1/2 parsley- chopped

1 tbsp cooking oil

How To Make Black-Eyed Peas

  • Boil water in a saucepan, add the peas, beef bouillon for 9 minutes or till the beef becomes tender. Remove from heat and set it aside.
  • Heat oil in a saucepan pan, stir in the chopped onion, parsley leaf, pepper, salt to taste and sauté for few minutes.
  • Pour in the beef mixture, cook for 20 minutes and add little salt as you deem necessary.
  • Remove from heat and enjoy.
