How To Make BisiBele Bath Recipe
- Heat the pressure cooker at a medium temperature.
- Add ghee and let it warm for 1-2 minutes.
- Add mustard seeds and let cook till they pop.
- Toss in thecurry leaves, asafetida, fenugreek seeds, andcumin seeds.
- Sauté for a minute.
- Add the onions and let the pot sweat for 5 mins.
- Mix in the lentils, rice, and chopped veggies.
- Sauté to activate the spices.
- Add thetamarind pulp, bisibela bath powder, salt, and water.
- Add more bisibelabath powder or salt to taste as required.
- Cover with the pressure cooker lid and cook for 8 whistles.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture rest for 20 mins.
- Drizzle sesame oil on top and garnish with roasted cashews.
