aniseeds: 1/2 tbsp
almonds: 1 tbsp
peppercorns: 11
Saffron: 1/4 tsp
cardamoms- green: 2
bhang powder: 1/2 tbsp
melon seeds: 1 tbsp
rose petals- dried: 1/4 cup
How To Make Bhang Thandai
- Bring the milk to a boil. Allow it to cool and set aside.
- Soak the almonds, aniseeds, bhang, and rose petals.
- Grind it into a smooth paste.
- Pour a little water in the ground paste, mix, and then strain.
- Stir the sugar, cardamoms, saffron, and peppercorns into the strained liquid.
- Add the milk then refrigerate.
- Serve once chilled.
