Ingredients

milk: 1 L

water: 2 cup

Sugar: 1/2 cup

aniseeds: 1/2 tbsp

almonds: 1 tbsp

peppercorns: 11

Saffron: 1/4 tsp

cardamoms- green: 2

bhang powder: 1/2 tbsp

melon seeds: 1 tbsp

rose petals- dried: 1/4 cup

How To Make Bhang Thandai

  1. Bring the milk to a boil. Allow it to cool and set aside. 
  1. Soak the almonds, aniseeds, bhang, and rose petals. 
  1. Grind it into a smooth paste. 
  1. Pour a little water in the ground paste, mix, and then strain. 
  1. Stir the sugar, cardamoms, saffron, and peppercorns into the strained liquid. 
  1. Add the milk then refrigerate. 
  1. Serve once chilled.
