cauliflower: 180 g

brinjal or eggplant: 150 g

spinach: 150 g

onions: 100 g

gram flour: 200 g

baking soda: 1/2 g

salt to taste

cannabis seed powder: 3 g

carom seeds: 2 g

pomegranate seed powder: 2 g

Vegetable oil, for frying

How To Make Bhaang Ki Pakori

  1. Cut all the vegetables in large chunks after you have washed them. Set it aside.
  2. Mix gram flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add cannabis seed powder, carom seeds, and pomegranate powder.
  4. Add a little water and mix everything together very well so that it becomes batter.
  5. Dip the vegetable piecesin batches in the batter until they are completely coated in the batter.
  6. Heat oil in a big pan. Fry the vegetables in batchesin the hot oil until color turns golden.
  7. Serve it at once.
