package of egg roll wraps, weighing 14 ounce: 1

pieces of string cheese: 24

packages of sliced and stripped pepperoni: 25

can of sliced mushrooms, drained properly: 1

tablespoons of perfectly minced garlic: 2

cups of frying oil: 2

jar or marinara sauce: 1

How To Make Best Pizza Stix

  1. Lay out all the egg roll wrappers one by one.
  2. Place a piece of string cheese near the edges.
  3. Arrange pepperoni, garlic and sliced mushroom around the cheese.
  4. Roll up the cheese and then seal the edges by applying water on them.
  5. Repeat the procedure mentioned above for all wrappers and fillings.
  6. Heat oil at a heavy skillet at 185 degrees C. Put the wrappers in the pan and fry them until they turn golden brown or feasible for further use.
  7. Continue to fry all wrappers for 3-5 minutes on the pan and make sure that they turn brown before you take them off.
  8. Drain the pizza stix on paper towels.
  9. Warm the marinara sauce by placing it in the microwave. Serve the fresh pizza stix piping hot, along with the delicious sauce for added taste.
