Apple and Orange Chicken is a simple recipe that uses apples and oranges to add amazing flavors as well as nutritional value.  The fruit juices combine to impart chicken an unparalleled flavor and appeal like you’ve never tasted before. Ingredients

bone-in chicken breast halves — skinless: 4

oz package dry onion soup mix: 1

tbsp soy sauce: 2

oz package cream of chicken soup mix: 0.6

cup apple juice: 1

garlic cloves — crushed: 2

cup orange juice: 1

pepper and salt

How To Make Apple and Orange Chicken

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C. Arrange the chicken pieces in the baking dish (9 x 13 in) which has been lightly greased.
  • Add the cream of chicken soup mix, onion soup mix, garlic, soy sauce, orange and apple juice, pepper, and salt. Mix them all together and add to the chicken.
  • Cover and bake the chicken for about 1 hour. Remove the lid and bake again for ½ hour until the chicken turns brown.

Apple and Orange Chicken can be cooked evenly by using an aluminum foil which will also help keep the food moist.
