cup red onion — chopped: 1/4

ounces baby greens: 10

cup walnuts — chopped: 1/2

tsp lemon zest: 2

cup crumbled blue cheese: 1/3

avocado — peeled, pitted and cubed: 1

apple — peeled, cored and cut: 1

mandarin oranges — juiced: 4

tsp lemon zest: 1/2

portion lemon – juice: 1/2

clove of garlic — minced: 1

tbsp olive oil: 1

salt

How To Make Apple Avocado Salad with Tangerine Dressing

  • Toss red onion, baby greens, walnuts, lemon zest, and blue cheese in a bowl.
  • Add the avocado and apple when you are ready to serve.
  • Add the lemon juice, mandarin orange juice, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil to a tight container with a lid and mix well. When you are ready to serve, drizzle as desired over the salad.
