The fiber content can delay the rate at which food is digested which can help you regulate your blood sugar levels.

Cauliflower is a superfood, meaning it is filled with essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It also has high dietary fiber content and a low glycemic index which makes it an ideal food for diabetics .
