The Uses of Hemp Oil: Topical and Oral

Topical hemp oil is used for hair and skin care purposes. It helps in treating skin conditions such as acne rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis. Pure hemp seed oil can be used as a moisturizer for the body and the face. It can be used as a hair conditioner. It also finds its use in removing makeup. It is also used as a massage oil and can be used as a carrier oil for essential oils too.

Hemp oil can be taken orally as a supplement or can be included in the meals. Remember to consult your doctor first before you make changes to your diet.
