Keto helps you lose weight and trim down which is good for diabetes overall. The concern is that the fat content in keto will lead to an increased risk of Type-2 diabetes. But recent research has shown that the keto diet can actually lead to a reversal of Type-2 diabetes.

Keto diet causes flu like symptoms and fatigue

Some people have admitted to experiencing all types of flu like symptoms which makes some people think that keto negatively affects your immune system. But it is a myth and flu-like symptoms are normal when you start your diet.
