Ingredients From Your Kitchen That Make Amazing Herbal Remedies

You don’t have to go to the store to find great herbal remedies. You can make some right at home using basic kitchen ingredients. Below are a few of the more common herbal remedies available:

1. Onion juice

Onion juice is a bit of an old-time remedy, but it is on this list for a reason. It has been used to trigger hair growth for centuries. Simply chop up a few onion shallots and dab their juices to the scalp using cotton. Let it stay in your hair for 15 minutes and rinse using a mild shampoo. The sulfur rich onion juice will do wonders for your hair.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is one of the best things to keep in your kitchen as far as home remedies go. It helps to trigger hair growth and helps to boost your metabolism. All you need to do is combine 75 ml of apple cider vinegar with 1 liter of water. Rinse your hair with it after washing your hair with shampoo. It will help to clean your hair and accelerate your hair growth.

3. Honey

Honey is one of the best ingredients to keep in your home. You can use it to make a fantastic face mask or to help infuse your hair with essential nutrients. It will cleanse your skin and strengthen your hair follicles as well. Mix one tsp of honey with two tbsps of shampoo to use in your hair, or combine it with turmeric powder to use it as a face mask.

4. Amla powder and lime juice

Using an amla powder and lime juice mixture is a great way to protect and nourish your hair. Apply the mixture to your scalp and let it sit for a while before rinsing it out using shampoo. It has lots of antioxidants and vitamin C which will help your hair grow and even improve your pigmentation.
