Eating Jujube (Ber) Fruit during Pregnancy

There are many ways a pregnant women can go about achieving a balanced and nutritious pregnancy diet. The world is filled with all manner of fruits and veggies, some of which you may have never even heard of. One of the more interesting fruits to consider eating while expecting, is the jujube fruit, also known as ber fruit.

Jujube fruit appear to be tiny berries that are orangish red in color. These little fruits are very nutrient dense and jam packed with many of the vitamins and minerals a pregnant woman needs to ensure her child is developing properly.

All of those vitamins and minerals add up to some pretty spectacular health benefits that will improve your pregnancy. Some of the more common health benefits are as follows:

Ber fruits improve the rate at which your hair produces new follicles. It also helps your hair become smoother and grow in thicker.

Jujube fruits are great for treating your skin. They help to combat dry skin and skin related conditions like eczema.
