  • Cumin water or jeera water reduces bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol.
  • Jeera water helps to reduce the fat around the waist.
  • Jeera water helps to lower the level of toxins in the body and flushes them out.
  • Weight watchers should include cumin seeds in their diet. They should consume curd to which cumin powder has been added. The addition of cumin powder makes curd healthier and ideal for weight loss.
  • Grate ginger and boil it in the water to which lemon juice has been added. Add jeera powder and consume it at the time of lunch or dinner. This will help you to lose weight.
  • Cumin seeds contain essential oils and thymol which stimulate the salivary glands. This helps in the digestion of food.
  • If you suffer from indigestion, drink jeera tea.
  • Soak 2 spoons of cumin overnight in water. Boil the water in the morning and drink this concoction. Chew the cumin seeds. This will help you to eliminate fat from the body and also prevent constipation.
  • You can also add 3 g of cumin powder add some drops of honey to water and drink regularly. This will help you to lose weight easily.
