Green Tea
Green tea is a natural anti-inflammatory condiment that helps to reduce skin inflammation and redness that can occur from Rosacea. You can treat your rosacea with green tea by simply making a cup and refrigerating it for 45 minutes. After it’s refrigerated soak it in a cold cloth and massage it into your affected areas. Aloe vera is a time honored Ayurvedic treatment for skin conditions. It is not just used in Ayurvedic medicine, it’s found in pharmacies and health stores all over the world because it is just that effective. You don’t have to go to the store to purchase it. Simply break off a fresh aloe vera leaf and squeeze the gel into your hand. Rub the gel over your affected areas then was it off with cold water.
