Job Summary:

This individual will be responsible for all e-commerce marketplaces, their growth strategy, ideation, and at the tactical level, managing campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems.

  • Experience: 6 – 12 years

Primary Task:

  • New SKU listing & optimizing Existing Listing, Periodic Inventory, and Price Management on all Marketplaces of India & Global
  • Maintain accuracy, authenticity, and quality of Product Detail Pages to Improve product rank and organic exposure
  • Periodic Monitoring & Maintaining Account Health to the Best Standards of the respective Online Marketplaces
  • Managing Product Portfolio for the Seasonal / Monthly sales promotions
  • Ideate and implement promotions, coupons, and deals
  • Appropriate Keywords Tagging & Tittle Revamping of Products for better SEO Optimization
  • Generate periodic reports on the Product wise / SKU wise performance across Marketplaces
  • Engage & Resolve issues or discrepancies with the seller support team of the Marketplaces
  • Generate new ideas and areas of opportunity for the Marketplaces team to increase revenue
  • Review customer reviews, as well as gather input from customer insights, on an ongoing basis to develop actionable insights for future products and improvements

Secondary Task:

  • Assisting with inventory forecasting and planning
  • Utilize competitive, category, consumer, shopper, and retailer insights to further understand customer needs/trends to validate and optimize concepts that will drive growth volume and meet objectives
  • Generate new ideas and areas of opportunity for marketing team to increase revenue
  • Review customer reviews, as well as gather input from customer insights, on an ongoing basis to develop actionable insights for future products and improvements
  • Cross-collaborating with other internal departments such as Product Development, Customer Service, and Marketing on various projects

Desired Candidate:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the online marketplace business model
  • Must have excellent knowledge of MS Excel & reporting tools
  • Knowledge about the functionalities of various marketplaces, admin tools, and seller policies
  • Understanding of overall profitability on marketplaces (seller categories, fulfillment methods, etc)
  • Excellent knowledge of eCommerce ecosystem
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail and sensitivity to
    deadlines and priorities
  • Self-starter with an ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills oral and written
