Kasuri methi Recipe

Kasuri methi refers to dried fenugreek leaves. It finds extensive use in Indian cuisines. It is an ancient spice and is used as a flavoring agent. The leaves are a bit bitter in taste. It is a natural herb and has several nutritional benefits.
