large tomato, diced: 1

cups cherry or grape tomatoes--halved: 2

red onion--sliced: 1/4

fresh mozzarella cheese--diced: 8 oz

cup olive oil: 1/2

cup balsamic vinegar: 1/4

tsp sugar: 1

tsp Dijon mustard: 1

tsp garlic powder: 1/2

salt and pepper

How To Make Tomato Mozzarella Salad

  1. combine all the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well.
  2. In a bowl, add the vegetables and cheese. Drizzle the drizzling on top. Toss the vegetables to coat the dressing.
  3. Let the vegetables soak the dressing for about 15 minutes before serving.
