What’s surprising is that the ingredients are economical and easy to put together, requiring only minimal knowledge of the pantry. This recipe is the nearest approximation to the definition of homemade ‘strudels’. Your kids will immediately fall in love with this delicious breakfast and would demand you to prepare it every other day. They are best eaten warm, so don’t wait for them to cool at room temperature!

Health benefits

Since the strudels are rich in sugars, the amount of calories is high when compared to the nutritional value they offer. Since we’re talking jams, the blueberry contains fiber, potassium, vitamin C and has no cholesterol which makes it beneficial to the heart. The combined nutritional value from other ingredients such as eggs and corn make for a healthy meal.
