100 g paneer

5 g tandoori masala

10 g mint chutney

5 g mayonnaise

5 g coriander – chopped

2 multigrain bread slices

5 g salt

2 chicken breasts – sliced into thin pieces

How To Make Tandoori Paneer Sandwich

  • Marinate the sliced paneer using the tandoori masala.
    • Grill the paneer to well done.
  • Make a spread by combining the mayonnaise and mint chutney.
    • Spread over both the bread slices.
  • Arrange sliced chicken pieces on one bread slice and pour the rest of the spread over it.
  • Sandwich the bread slices together.
