strawberries: 250 g

ml plain yoghurt: 100

tbsp sugar or honey: 1

ice cubes crushed: 2

How To Make Strawberry Lassi

  • Wash the strawberries and cut them into pieces.
  • Add strawberries, yogurt, sugar or honey (as required) and ice cubes into a blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour them into a glass.
  • Garnish with strawberry pieces and serve it chilled.

Chaas is a salted drink similar to lassi, but it contains more water than lassi and has the butterfat removed to reduce its thickness.

Unlike strawberry lassi, mango lassi is popular worldwide. It is commonly available in the UK, Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, and in many other parts of the world.
