Ingredients

cup corn flour dissolved in 1/2 cup water: 1/4

cup vinegar: 1/4

tsp salt or to taste: 2

cup tomato ketchup: 1/4

tsp finely chopped garlic: 1

cups of mutton stock: 6

cup finely shredded carrot: 1/2

cup boiled mutton (shredded): 1

tsp soy sauce: 1/2

tsp chili sauce: 2

tbsp finely chopped celery: 1

tsp black pepper: 1/2

cup finely chopped onions: 1/2

cup finely shredded cabbage: 1

sour cream

How To Make Sour Mutton Soup

  1. In a deep pot pour the broth, season with salt and pepper and and bring it to boil on a medium flame.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients except for cabbage and carrots in the broth and bring it to boil once again, stirring continuously.
  3. Reduce the flame, and let the broth cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the soup is thick and viscous.
  4. Add carrot and cabbage in the very end, cook for few minutes and turn off the flame.
  5. Serve hot in winters with sour cream and enjoy!
