cup of Parmesan cheese, grated: 1/4

clove of garlic, minced: 1

ounces of fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced: 4

hamburger buns, split: 4

How To Make Scrumptious Caprese Burger

  1. In a small bowl, take balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, and whisk thoroughly.
  2. On a separate plate, spread tomato slices and pour the vinegar mixture to marinate.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill over medium-high heat and lightly grease the grate with oil.
