Ingredients

warm water: 2 tbsp

Sugar: 1 1⁄2 tbsp

nonfat dry milk powder: 1 1⁄2 tbsp

yeast: 1 1⁄2 tsp

warm water: 1 cup

oil: 1 1⁄2 tbsp

salt: 1 1⁄2 tsp

bread flour: 3 cups

minced garlic (divided): 3-4 tbsp

parmesan cheese(shredded): 1/4 cup

Italian seasoning: 1/2 tsp

tomatoes--diced: 2

additional parmesan cheese (optional)

prepared alfredo sauce: 1⁄2-3⁄4cup

boneless skinless chicken (cubed): 1 lb

Garlic powder: 1/2 tsp

mozzarella cheese (shredded): 1 1⁄2cups

green onions (sliced): 2

cornmeal: 1 tbsp

How To Make Savory Garlic Chicken Pizza

  1. In a bread machine pan, place all the ingredients of the crust and follow the directions.
  2. While the machine is working on the dough, place a frying pan on medium flame, grease it with cooking spray, and stir-fry the chicken.
  3. When the chicken is white in color, add2-3 tbsp of minced garlic and sautéuntil fragrant, approximately 2-3 minutes.
  4. Season with parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Set aside.
  5. When the dough is done, grease a pizza pan with cooking spray and sprinkle cornmeal evenly over it.
  6. Press the pizza dough on the pan and spread it across the base, leave the edges slightly raised.
  7. Combine the remaining minced garlic with alfredo sauce and spread the mix over the dough using a spatula.sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  8. Add chicken, mozzarella, and parmesan on the dough and place it in the oven to bake for 15-18 minutes at 425֯
  9. Remove the pizza and top it with tomatoes and green onion.
  10. Bake the pizza for 5 more minutes, remove from the oven and cut into slices.
  11. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
