Ricotta cookies

Ricotta cookies

The Italian ricotta cookies are sturdy on the outside, soft on the inside. They are best served with colorful sprinkles. Think of them as little bites of cakes that will perfectly melt into your mouth once you toss them in. The best part is that the dough becomes ready very easily and bakes perfectly in the oven. Although there are more calories inside the ricotta cookies, the ricotta cheese is responsible for giving them a thick, sturdy texture which is absolutely beautiful to look at.

This Ricotta Cookies recipe stores well. You can store it in a storage container and eat later, and it will still taste as delicious as freshly prepared.
