Ingredients

12 large lemons

3 cups of sugar

1 bag of raspberries

1 cup of mint leaves

1 cup of mint leaves

Ice cubes

How To Make Raspberry Lemonade

  • Freeze the raspberries for 2 hours.
  • Squeeze the lemons to create 4 cups of lemon juice.
  • Puree the raspberries in a blender for easier mixing.
  • Mix the sugar with three cups of water or vodka/tequila depending on your choice. This will form the sweetener syrup for the lemonade.
  • Add the lemon juice to the raspberry puree in the blender.
  • Add the sugar syrup to the raspberry and lemon mixture. Blend in the mint leaves and ice cubes. Keep tasting to make sure that the mix is the right amount of sweet. The ice cubes will also dilute the mixture so add enough sugar and fruit.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serving

Add fresh raspberries or attach a slice of lemon to the glass before serving. If you used tequila you can line the glass with salt to make a margarita.
