Health Benefits

The basis of every bowl of rasam is the legendary tamarind broth. Tamarind has some of the best health benefits of any fruit. It has the ability to improve vision, heal skin conditions, boost respiratory health, and improve the digestive system. But its most prized health benefit is the ability to reduce inflammation which many researchers consider to be the basis for the majority of chronic diseases.
