Ingredients

prawns: 20

salt to taste

tsp turmeric powder: 1

Oil for deep-frying

tsp chilli powder: 2

tsp garam masala powder: 2

tbsp ginger garlic paste: 1

tbsp lemon juice: 2

cup cornstarch: 1/4

tbsp coriander leaves: 2

sprig curry leaves: 1

salt to taste

Water as needed

How To Make Prawns 65

  1. Mix prawns together with salt and turmeric powder.
    1. Set aside for 10 mins.
  2. Add prawns to a pot and cook for 2 to 3 mins until the raw smell dissipates.
  3. Remove contents to a bowl and let it cool down.
  4. Add in all the other ingredients and mix well.
    1. Leave it for 5 mins.
  5. Deep fry in oil till crispy.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
