Not everyone like the taste of pistachio. However, if you turn it into a ladoo, a sweet snack, by adding two simple ingredients, you will have a healthy and delicious snack ready. Pista/pistachio ladoo, like other ladoo, is very easy to prepare and doesn’t take much time. While the recipe requires sugar, you can always find a healthy alternative for it.

Ingredients

2 cups pistachios

1 ½ cups sugar

1 ½ tsp green cardamom powder

How To Make Pista Ladoo Recipe

  • Dry roast pistachios until they are crunchy.
  • Set aside and allow to cool down.
  • Grind pistachio and cardamom together.
  • Add sugar and grind again until fine powder.
  • Take small quantities of the mixture in your palms and shape them into small balls.
  • The ladoos must be prepared before the pistachio sugar mixture cools down.

TIP: If the powder cools down, rerun the mix in the grinder to warm it up to make them into small balls.
