Ingredients

cup of chopped Papaya: 1

cup of cold Milk: 1

ice cubes: 2

tablespoon of Honey or Sugar: 1

black pepper powder: 1 pinch

How To Make Papaya Milkshake

  1. Look for a ripe Papaya. The one with on orange skin is preferable. This is because it comes with sweet aroma. Do ensure that the seeds are properly removed. 
  1. Get a blender. Then, you should put all the ingredients in the blender. The only ingredient that should not be put at this stage is the pepper powder. You need to blend all the ingredients thoroughly. 
  1. Put in the ice cubes. Then blend it for about 30 seconds. You can increase the blending speed at this stage. 
  1. Now, you can emptied the blended papaya into a waiting glass. Of course, you would have shakes it via the Papaya shake. Then, you can sprinkle it with the black pepper. 
  1. At this point, your Papaya Milkshake is ready to be served. 
  2. Serve it in the tumbler glasses and enjoy it
