Paneer is not only a delicious daily item, it can provide huge nutritional value. Vegetarian people love to have paneer for their lunch and dinner. Ingredients

cottage cheese or paneer: 250 gm

gm boondi: 25

oil: 3 Tbsp

gm garlic cloves: 10

Red chili Powder: 2 tsp

gram flour: 20 gm

salt to taste

ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp

Red chili Powder: 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp

gm baking soda: 5

How To Make Paneer Pakora

  1. Cut the cottage cheese into cubes. Grind the boondi and keep the pasted boondi in a separate bowl.
  2. Make some garlic chutney by heatinga pan. Add 1/2 tsp. oil andsauté the garlic. Mix the garlic with 2 tsp. red chili powder and salt and make a smooth paste with it.
  3. Make the batter by mixing gram flour and ginger-garlic paste. Add 1/2 tsp. red chili powder, turmeric powder and baking soda into the bowl. Mix well and add little water if needed.
  4. Spread the garlic chutney between two paneer cubes as filling.
  5. Heat a pan with remaining oil. Dip the filled paneers into the batter and roll in the crushed boondi. Fry until crisp and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with some chutney or plain tomato sauce.
