Ingredients

tbsp vegetable oil: 1

lb boneless and skinless chicken breasts – cubed: 1

onion – diced: 1

cup white rice: 1 1/3

cup chicken broth: 1 1/2

tsp salt: 1

tsp pepper: 1/4

tsp garlic powder: 1/4

tbsp flour: 2

cup milk: 1/2

cups cheddar cheese – shredded : 1 1/2

cups broccoli florets: 2

How To Make One Pot Broccoli Rice

  • Oil the pressure pot.
  • Add the chicken and onions.
    • Briefly sauté until the onions turn translucent.
  • Add the chicken broth, garlic powder,rice,salt and pepper to the pot.
    • Combine the ingredients by stirring them.
  • Lock the lid in place and cook for 2 whistles.
  • Whisk together the flour and milk.
  • Addbroccoli and let the mixture simmer for 2 mins.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese and cook for another 2 mins.
