Ingredients

cups stock from chicken: 4

green onions--chopped: 3

oyster sauce: 1 tsp

low sodium dark soy sauce: 1 tsp

low sodium light soy sauce: 1 tsp

any Chinese noodles: 4 oz

leaves bok choy: 4

How To Make Noodle Soup

  1. Boil the chicken stock in a large saucepan.
  2. Add green onions, oyster sauce, soy sauces, noodles of your choice and bok choy.
  3. Lower the heat and cook according to the instructions on the noodles package.
  4. Serve it hot.
