raw mangoes: 2
green chilis: 2
jaggery- chopped: 3 tbsp
salt to taste
oil: 1 tbsp
dry red chillis: 2
mustard seed: 1 tsp
How To Make Mango Pachadi
- Peeland slice the mangoes even with seeds.
- Split the green chillis into two.
- Pour water over the fruit and the chillis.
Note: Ensure they are covered with water.
- Cook ingredients well then add the jaggery.
- Heat oil in a saucepan then add red chillis and mustard seed.
- Mix the mango pachadi with it.
- Serve immediately.
