Ingredients

zucchinis- large: 6

lb steak- chopped and round: 1

cup rice- white: 1

tsp nutmeg- grinded: 1

salt to taste

tsp pepper- black and grinded: 1/2

oz tomato paste: 10

How To Make Lamb Stuffed Zucchini

  • Cut and scoop the flesh of each zucchini but leave the shells.
  • Mix in a bowl chopped steak, nutmeg, rice, salt, and ground black pepper.
  • Pour the steak mixture into the zucchini but leave enough room for rice since it’ll expand.
  • Move zucchinis to a large pot, stir in tomato paste, and position a plate on the top of zucchinis so that they don’t bounce around when the sauce is boiling.
  • Cook for 35 minutes until you know that the rice is well cooked.
  • Serve at once.
